Trane Technologies is seeking a Sales Engineer for Airside Equipment to drive technical sales across France. You will collaborate with the Energy and Services team, support strategic customers, and guide them through complex solutions during factory visits.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in technical sales and strong HVAC/CVC knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and is willing to travel nationwide (about 30%).

• Willingness to travel nationwide (approx. 30%).

Responsabilités

• Engage with the support team and assist strategic customers during visits to sites.
• Develop and expand the client base and identify new opportunities.
• Assess client needs and propose optimal HVAC solutions.
• Prepare detailed quotes and track them with the sales team.
• Work with the sales team to grow AHU product lines and manage the sales plan.
• Represent the company at client events and trade shows.
