FT3 Trane France SAS is seeking a Rooftop Sales Support Engineer to provide pre-sales technical and commercial support, optimize offers, and develop national accounts for rooftop solutions. You will collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project conversions.

The role requires engineering visibility in energy, thermodynamics or refrigeration, and strong communication in English; on-site work is expected in Dardilly, France with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in engineering, energy, thermodynamics or refrigeration.
• Ability to quantify and select HVAC thermal equipment.
• Familiar with rooftop installations: scaffolding, duct networks, controls.
• Strong communication, service mindset, listening and proposal skills.
• Good command of technical English (spoken and written).

Responsabilités

• Develop and validate complete technical and commercial offers.
• Provide technical specs, performance, price and delivery timelines.
• Issue quotes and follow up with national clients with sales teams.
• Deliver reliable technical support to the commercial teams.
• Occasionally supervise on-site visits to validate technical feasibility.
• Support the Airfinity range promotions at trade shows and internal materials.

Where is the work: On-Site (5 days) Dans le cadre du développement de notre société, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur(e) Support de Ventes Rooftop F/H pour :

• Assurer le support technique et commercial avant‑vente auprès des équipes de vente, de l’opportunité à la commande, afin d’optimiser la conversion et la qualité des offres réalisées,
• Mettre en place et assurer le suivi des référencements nationaux et développer les relations Grands Comptes sur le marché du rooftop,
• Garantir la satisfaction client en collaboration étroite avec l’équipe service.

Vos missions :

• Élaborer et valider des offres techniques et commerciales complètes, optimisées et conformes aux cahiers des charges,
• Fournir les caractéristiques techniques, performances, prix et délais associés aux solutions proposées,
• Émettre les devis, les transmettre aux clients nationaux et assurer leur suivi en collaboration avec les équipes commerciales,
• Apporter un support technique fiable en répondant aux questions et besoins des équipes commerciales,
• Superviser occasionnellement des visites sur site afin de valider la faisabilité technique des solutions,
• Participer à la promotion de la gamme Airfinity via salons, présentations techniques et supports internes dédiés.

Votre profil :

• Vous avez des connaissances techniques dans le domaine de l’ingénierie, énergie, thermodynamique ou réfrigération,
• Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à chiffrer et sélectionner du matériel de génie thermique (CVC),
• Vous maîtrisez l’environnement technique spécifique à l’installation des rooftop (costières, réseaux aérauliques, régulation, réglementations spécifiques…),
• Vous êtes doté(e) d'une aisance relationnelle, un sens du service client, une qualité d’écoute et êtes force de proposition.
• Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos compétences en matière de communication et de négociation,
• Vous avez une bonne pratique de l’Anglais technique (parlé/écrit)
