NTT DATA is looking for an Infrastructure Project Leader for an EU agency in Strasbourg. This position can be performed onsite or in a hybrid working mode.

Position Overview:

The Infrastructure Project Leader is a senior delivery role responsible for leading end-to-end IT infrastructure projects across hybrid and multinational environments, ensuring high-quality execution aligned with operational excellence, security standards, and governance frameworks. This position requires EU citizenship for at least 10 years and fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Lead IT infrastructure projects across multinational environments.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams (systems, networks, cloud, security, workplace, and operations).
• Manage project scope, planning, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Oversee service transition to operations, ensuring stability and continuity.
• Act as the main point of contact for technical stakeholders, business teams, and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and ITIL-based processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across infrastructure, automation, and operational resilience.
• Prepare executive reporting and manage budget tracking.
• Support audit, compliance, and security processes.

Your Profile

• You must hold or be eligible for EU Security Clearance (at least 10 years of EU nationality is required).
• You are fluent in English (C1 level minimum). French or another EU languages are an advantage.
• Proven experience leading complex, large-scale IT infrastructure projects in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of service management and operations in critical environments.
• Great experience working with hybrid infrastructures: on-premises, cloud, and data centers.
• Solid technical background in:
• Networking
• Cloud platforms (Azure is mandatory)
• Enterprise infrastructure and security
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and project management methodologies.
• Experience working with international teams and third-party vendors.

Nice to Have

• Other CSPs besides Azure are considered an advantage.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or equivalent.
• Experience in large-scale corporate or public sector environments.
• Experience delivering infrastructure projects supporting large-scale, mission-critical or European IT systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience in critical operations environments.
