NTT DATA Europe & Latam seeks an Infrastructure Project Leader for an EU agency in Strasbourg. The role can be onsite or hybrid, leading end-to-end IT infrastructure programs across mixed environments with governance and security focus.

Ideal candidate holds EU citizenship with 10 years of EU nationality, is fluent in English, and has proven experience in large-scale, cross-functional infra projects within enterprise or regulated settings.

Qualifications

• EU citizenship with 10 years of EU nationality and eligibility for EU security clearance.
• Fluent in English (C1) with additional EU languages an advantage.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale IT infrastructure projects in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Strong service management and operations knowledge in critical environments.
• Experience with hybrid infrastructures (on-prem, cloud, data centers).

Responsabilités

• Lead IT infrastructure projects across multinational environments.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams (systems, networks, cloud, security, workplace, operations).
• Manage project scope, planning, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Oversee service transition to operations and ensure stability.
• Act as main point of contact for stakeholders and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, ITIL-based processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure, automation, and resilience.
• Prepare executive reporting and budget tracking.
• Support audit, compliance and security processes.
