Job summary

Intermediate Capital Group SAS in Paris seeks an Analyst, Infrastructure Debt to join a newly launched European infra debt platform. From inception you will engage with senior investors on landmark transactions and take real responsibility from day one.

You will contribute to the launch of a debut €1bn fund, cover origination through portfolio management across core sectors, and collaborate with sponsors, lenders and advisors to drive sustainable value.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years’ experience in structured finance or financial advisory
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and interact with sponsors, lenders and advisors

Responsibilities

• Origination & market coverage: build deal flow with sponsors, infra funds, corporates, banks and advisors across Europe.
• Underwriting & execution: lead or contribute to credit analysis, modelling, and deal structuring; participate in pricing and documentation negotiations.
• Portfolio management: monitor performance, identify credit risks, engage with borrowers and co‑investors to preserve value.
• Platform build-out: support development of processes, tools and reporting frameworks for the platform
