Job summary

Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) in Paris is establishing a European infrastructure debt platform and seeks an Analyst to support the full investment cycle from origination to portfolio management. The role involves direct collaboration with senior investors on landmark transactions and rapid responsibility from day one.

Qualifications

• BA or BSc degree from a leading university, MBA/CFA/ ACA are a plus.
• Up to 3 years’ experience in structured finance or financial advisory.
• Strong financial modelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and interact with sponsors, lenders and advisors.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Origination & market coverage: build and maintain relationships to generate deal flow.
• Underwriting & execution: contribute to credit analysis, modelling and documentation negotiations.
• Portfolio management: monitor performance and support value preservation.
• Platform build-out: help develop investment processes, tools and reporting.
