La Vallée Village is looking for an IT Support Specialist to work on site, delivering hands-on IT support across workstations, software and mobile devices. You will collaborate with the central IT team to ensure smooth project rollouts and reliable day-to-day service for the Village community.

The role requires practical experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, Azure, AD, Intune and Apple/macOS support, plus strong customer service and English language skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an IT support role with experience across Windows/macOS.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, Azure and AD.
• Experience with Intune, ITIL practices and Apple/macOS device support.
• Good networking basics: WAN/LAN/WiFi and incident management with SLAs.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and fluent in English.

The IT Services team is hiring an IT Support Specialist.

The role

In this role, you will be the go‑to IT contact on site at La Vallée Village, working closely with the central IT team to deliver hands‑on support and smooth project rollouts for every member of the Village team. You will troubleshoot workstations, software and mobile devices with speed, technical expertise and a strong customer service mindset, while also supporting project teams in assessing Village needs, testing new IT services, training end users and providing post‑deployment support. Your work will keep the Village running smoothly and help bring new technology to life for the people who rely on it every day.

Starting minimum salary: 38 100€ gross per annum

What you'll be doing

A few of the key responsibilities in this role:

• Provide front‑line IT support to Village teams, troubleshooting workstations, software and mobile devices while managing incidents and service requests end‑to‑end within agreed SLAs
• Configure, deploy and maintain laptops, mobile devices and local network infrastructure (WAN, LAN, WiFi), keeping IT asset stock and scheduled maintenance on track
• Support IT project delivery for the Village, from gathering local requirements and testing to training end users and providing post‑deployment support on new systems and technologies

• At least 2 years' experience in an IT support role, with strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and Teams, Azure, Active Directory, Intune and Apple/macOS device support
• Hands‑on troubleshooting experience with network services (WAN, LAN, WiFi) and familiarity with ITIL best practices
• A proactive, customer‑focused mindset with excellent communication skills, fluent English, and the ability to stay calm and professional under shifting priorities
