Viral Nation in Paris is seeking a Strategist to conceptualize and build full social media campaigns for a diverse client base. You will apply extensive knowledge of trends and research data to elevate campaign and brand strategies, charting the path forward for clients and delivering larger, more exciting solutions.

You will drive strategic discussions, craft playbooks, and lead social strategies across organic and paid channels while collaborating with clients across time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with strategy and social media platforms (agency experience preferred).
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter.
• Knowledge across key industries (CPG, Gaming, Tech, Retail).
• Ability to write briefs clearly articulating vision and process.
• Ability to translate direction into social media strategies and deliverables.
• Proactive and able to meet clients across multiple time zones.
• Proficiency with social media management and analytical tools.
• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in marketing, business, PR, communications, or equivalent experience.
• Experience growing brands on social media.

Responsabilités

• Participate in campaign development, deployment tactics, and proactive strategic social media planning.
• Develop the guiding brand platform: positioning, values, tonal direction, and brand personality across diverse categories.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research as required.
• Collaborate with clients to refine social voice and devise organic and paid social strategies.
• Produce clear, concise write-ups and present recommendations with minimal supervision.
• Create Social Media Playbooks and best-practice protocols.
• Identify gaps and opportunities in content plans for new and existing clients.
• Leverage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube knowledge to optimize strategies.
• Stay current with social media trends and educate the Viral Nation community.
• Utilize data and measurement tools to inform decisions.
• Contribute to new business pitches.
