Viral Nation in Paris is seeking an Account Manager to drive day-to-day execution of client programs and influencer campaigns. You will coordinate across Client Services and our COE to ensure timely, accurate delivery and proactive communications with creators and clients.

You will support production, data entry, performance reporting, and wrap-ups while identifying risks and opportunities. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will be essential to success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in advertising, influencer marketing, social media, or related services roles.
• Experience working within inter-agency teams (IATs) and cross-functional environments.
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms and tools; strong influencer marketing practices.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day creator and client communication across assigned workstreams, driving tactical execution and ensuring all deliverables, reporting, and touchpoints are proactive, accurate, and on time
• Support and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, focusing on Micro and Mid-Tier talent, including influencer activation, content/social execution, and community management
• Support production and on-site or remote shoots, coordinating with creators, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution
• Maintain and manage data entry for assigned creators, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-time submission
• Contribute to wrap reports, performance summaries, and post-campaign insights
• Identify risks and dependencies to management with recommended solutions
• Support growth and upsell initiatives, drafting pitch materials and decks
• Prepare client-facing materials such as agendas, recaps, weekly status reports, and performance insights
• Contribute to quarterly and annual planning, renewals, and year-in-review documentation
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to support execution
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and reporting
