Cozycozy, a Paris-based travel metasearch platform, seeks an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead international creator campaigns. You will own influencer sourcing, outreach, briefs, scripts, and performance reporting, coordinating across markets and paid social to scale campaigns.

You will collaborate with the Influence, Social & Communications Lead, translating trends into briefs and content ideas. This hands-on, organized role requires a proactive communicator fluent in English and French.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator coordination, UGC, or a similar role.

Responsabilités

• Source, identify, and qualify relevant influencers, creators, agencies and UGC profiles across multiple markets.
• Manage outreach, email communication, follow-ups, reminders, briefing, and day-to-day creator coordination.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, posting dates, deliverables, usage rights, and tracking to ensure nothing is missed.
• Write briefs and scripts for influencers and creators based on campaign goals and brand guidelines.
• Develop creative concepts, hooks, talking points, and copywriting angles for creators.
• Maintain influencer databases, outreach trackers, dashboards, briefs, and reporting documents.
• Support active paid campaigns by organizing assets and applying learnings from performance analysis.
• Monitor performance and provide updates with key insights and recommendations.
