Job summary

Coty SA in Paris is offering an Internship – GLOBAL NICHE BRANDS INFLUENCER MARKETING ASSISTANT, starting January 2027. You will support influencer strategies, manage databases, and assist in developing creative initiatives across beauty, fashion and lifestyle.

You will coordinate with external partners, assist in organizing international events, and help with press materials and campaigns. The role includes monitoring KPIs and analyzing results to drive launches with markets.

Qualifications

• Master 1 or Master 2 student from a business school, university, or equivalent.
• Prior internship in Influencer Marketing, PR or Digital Marketing (beauty/luxury/fashion preferred).
• Fluent professional English (C1/C2) as the working language.

Internship – GLOBAL NICHE BRANDS INFLUENCER MARKETING ASSISTANT

INFLUENCER MARKETING

• Conducting regular competitive monitoring across the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.
• Assisting in the development of influencer strategies and activations.
• Managing influencer databases and conducting profile research.
• Assisting in the design and development of creative initiatives targeting influencers.
• Analyzing results based on relevant KPIs.

PRESS

• Assisting in the development of communication materials (press kits, press releases, email campaigns): drafting/translating content and managing distribution.
• Compiling press clippings/reviews.

EVENTS

• Assisting with the execution of international events: participating in agency briefings, coordinating with markets, and managing projects.
• Coordinating local events.

COORDINATION

• Coordinating external partners (PR agencies, creative agencies, freelancers, suppliers, etc.).
• Overseeing each launch: managing operational organization (logistics, ordering, etc.) and coordinating with markets.

Must-have Requirements

• Education Level: Master 1 or Master 2 student (Bac+4 / Bac+5) from a Business School, University, or equivalent program.
• Prior Experience: Mandatory previous internship experience in Influencer Marketing, PR, or Digital Marketing (ideally within beauty, luxury, or fashion).
• Language Skills: Fluent / Professional English (C1/C2) as the mandatory primary working language.
• Tools & Back-Office: Hands-on experience with Traackr (or equivalent influencer database management and campaign analytics back-office tools).

NICE-TO-HAVE

• French Language: Working proficiency or fluency in French is a nice-to-have (for local French agency and press interaction).
• Creative Tools: Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or InDesign.
