Job summary

Coty is seeking a Global Gifting Intern in Paris to start January 2027. You will help implement the gifting strategy and provide cross-functional exposure across Marketing, Trade, Finance, Markets, and Divisional Planning to maximize campaign impact.

As part of a four-member Global Gifting team, you will analyze KPIs, support gifting sets, and contribute to optimization efforts while learning in a fast-paced, international environment. Fluent English is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with global gifting operations or interns supporting cross-functional teams.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Support gifting execution aligning with Coty KPI and promo calendars.
• Assist in managing gifting sets and ensuring timing accuracy with CPS.
• Analyze KPIs, monitor forecasts and shipments to NR landing and to avoid VAR.
• Contribute to post-mortem analyses for campaign optimization.
• Track gifting benchmarks and market trends to catch new opportunities.

Youwillsupport the Operating OfficeGiftingteamindeliveringCoty’sglobalgiftingexecutionfor adedicatedcluster oficonicbrands. Thisroleleads multi-functionalprojects,workingcloselywithMarketing, Trade, Finance,MarketsandDivisionalPlanning tomaximizebusiness impact andcampaignefficiency.

• Support on buildingwinninggiftsetsline-upsbasedonmarkettrends andpastyearsellin/selloutperformance
