We are seeking a Industry Specialist Manager to lead the Fluids & Thermal Industry Specialist Team, combining deep Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) expertise with strong strategic and commercial leadership. As part of the Technical Sales and Strategy organization, you will define and execute the Fluids & Thermal strategy, accelerate growth, and strengthen the Simcenter Fluids & Thermal portfolio.
You will provide global leadership to a team of industry specialists, setting strategic direction, developing organizational capability, and ensuring close alignment with product management, sales, and key customers. The role owns Inbound activities, including identifying market trends, customer priorities, and solution opportunities, while guiding product strategy, roadmap priorities, and solution incubation. In parallel, you will drive Outbound execution by partnering with global sales teams and strategic customers to support adoption, business growth, and market impact.
As part of the Simulation (SIM) product segment, you will be accountable for Fluids & Thermal go-to-market alignment across direct, indirect, and digital channels. Responsibilities include sales enablement, industry-focused content development, market prioritization, and investment guidance.
The role also influences portfolio direction through market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer engagement. In addition, you will lead strategic customer advisory activities, engage executive stakeholders, represent Siemens at key industry events, and collaborate with partners and academic institutions to advance innovation and business growth.
Owning and executing the Simcenter Fluids & Thermal strategy, shaping growth, investment priorities, and portfolio direction while guiding the evolution of the business over both the short and long term. You will lead and develop a global team of Industry Specialists, setting priorities, scaling best practices, and ensuring strong collaboration across sales, product management, and strategic customer initiatives.
As the primary voice of the market and customer, you will translate industry trends, competitive insights, and customer needs into product strategy, roadmap priorities, and solution incubation opportunities. You will also ensure Fluids & Thermal go-to-market alignment across the Simulation portfolio and all sales channels, partnering with global sales leadership to accelerate adoption, strengthen pipeline development, and expand strategic account growth.
In addition, you will guide investment and prioritization decisions, lead customer advisory and industry engagement activities, represent Siemens at key industry forums, and foster collaboration across Siemens, with partners, and with academic institutions to strengthen the Fluids & Thermal ecosystem and drive long-term innovation.

The primary locations for this opportunity are France, Belgium, Spain, and Italy. The applicable salary ranges for these locations are:
France: €77.600 to €139.700
Belgium: € 100.800 to €181.400
Spain: € 80.200 to €136.300
Italy: €73.900 to €125.800
This role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
