Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking an Industry Specialist Manager to lead the Fluids & Thermal team and define the strategy for growth across the Simcenter portfolio. You will guide global activities, align product strategy with market needs, and collaborate with sales, product management, and customers to drive adoption and revenue.

You will engage executives, shape investment priorities, and represent Siemens at industry events, while building a high-impact, globally distributed

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related field; MBA a plus.
Deep CFD knowledge with industrial application experience.
Experience leading and developing technical, commercial teams.
Excellent communication and presentation in English.
Strong collaboration across global, cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

Own and execute the Simcenter Fluids & Thermal strategy, guiding growth and portfolio direction.
Lead a global team of Industry Specialists, setting priorities and driving collaboration.
Translate market trends and customer needs into product strategy and roadmaps.
Ensure go-to-market alignment across Simulation portfolio and sales channels.
Drive investment decisions and undertake customer advisory and industry engagement.
Represent Siemens at key industry events and foster external partnerships.
