Nespresso is seeking an Industrialisation Project Manager to lead the phase-gate industrialisation of innovative coffee machine solutions from development through scale-up and commercial launch.

You will collaborate with Product Development, Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain, Marketing, Commercial, and external manufacturing partners to deliver robust manufacturing solutions and secure business continuity, while driving measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Strong international expertise in industrialisation, manufacturing and introducing complex products/technologies.
• Advanced project management capabilities to drive execution, stakeholders, and ambitious objectives.
• Knowledge of product development, industrial standards, manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Effective collaboration across functions, cultures and levels with trusted partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end industrialisation of coffee machine solutions from development through launch.
• Drive project plans, governance, budgets, milestones and technical reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external manufacturing partners to remove obstacles and accelerate execution.
• Transform product complexity into robust, scalable manufacturing solutions improving efficiency and reliability.
• Manage technical, operational and supply risks for smooth product introductions and business continuity.
• Deliver continuous improvement and standardisation initiatives strengthening industrial performance.
