Nestlé Global Procurement is seeking a Global Procurement Manager – Machines to lead and implement the global sourcing strategy for Nespresso Original Line and Milk frother, delivering value through innovation, sustainability, and risk management. You will manage end-to-end spend, supplier selection, negotiations and relationships with coffee machine manufacturers for a reliable, high‑quality supply chain.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in procurement within large or global structures, preferably in manufacturing or technical categories.
• Dual competence with an engineering background (mechanical or electrical) is preferred.
• Advanced negotiation capabilities and experience with eRFX and high‑value contracts.
• Strong analytical skills and Total Delivered Cost mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement sourcing strategy for Nespresso Original Line and Milk frother.
• Lead supplier selection and negotiations; manage eRFX processes.
• Drive cost‑reduction initiatives and standardization across platforms.
• Strengthen supply risk management and supplier development.
• Develop and monitor Total Delivered Cost and budget variations.
