Job summary

Castolin Eutectic is seeking an Industrial Sales Representative to expand our welding consumables division within an assigned U.S. territory. The role focuses on serving direct customers and distributors, driving growth, and delivering technical guidance to reduce equipment wear and failures.

The ideal candidate blends industrial sales experience with a solid understanding of welding, wear mechanisms, and maintenance/repair welding, while delivering excellent customer service and results.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of consultative selling experience.
• Industrial experience in manufacturing/welding is preferred.
• Customer-driven and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate technical guidance to end-user customers across key industries.
• Provide support and training to distributors in the territory.
• Visit existing accounts to support their business and growth.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts for the territory.
• Create new business within strategic industries with marketing support.
• Communicate and demonstrate new products and promotions to customers.
• Maintain and grow sales with existing customers and retain accounts.
• Prospect for new customers and cold call to hunter for sales growth.
• Coordinate information or quotes with technical support for customers.
• Manage approval projects for new technologies and applications.
• Develop a territory plan and implement marketing strategies.
• Share technical knowledge and product information with customers and team.
• Maintain key information in the internal CRM system.
