Flowserve in Le Mans is seeking a Senior Quality Leader to drive the Site Quality Program and cost of quality, oversee incoming/in-process/final inspection, and manage KPIs such as non-conformances and escapes. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (manufacturing/industrial/mechanical).
• 8 years of quality experience, 5 in a managerial role.
• Metal-mechanic industry experience preferred.
• ISO 9001:2015 quality systems management experience.
• Strong in team-based problem solving (8D, A3, RCA/CA/PA).
• Experience PFMEA, Process Capability, SPC.

Responsabilités

• Lead Site Quality Program and Cost of Quality.
• Lead customer complaints and problem solving of escapes.
• Champion quality culture aligned with Flowserve values.
• Oversee QC for incoming, in-process, and final inspection.
• Manage QA KPIs: non-conformances, rework, scrap, FPY, escapes, warranties, corrective actions.
• Report KPIs and support corporate data requests.
• Implement Zero Defect program and support customer experience.
• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 and other certifications.
• Ensure compliance with Flowserve procedures and regulations.
• Support external customer audits.
• Drive CI initiatives using KPI results.
• Coach and lead problem solving (RCA/CA/PA).
• Collaborate with Supplier Performance to ensure supplier quality.
• Conduct Talent & Performance reviews for QA team.
• Provide guidance to site leadership on quality and financials.
• Budget planning and cost awareness; communicate with executives.
