Airswift is recruiting an experienced HSE Supervisor for a major energy infrastructure project based in Manosque, France. This is a site-based assignment with an immediate start and a contract running through December 2026.

The role focuses on ensuring health, safety and environmental performance across construction activities, contractor operations, and project interfaces, with emphasis on audits, risk assessments and continuous improvement. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in construction, industrial, energy, infrastructure, or oil & gas projects.
• Strong understanding of HSE legislation, procedures, and industry best practices.
• Experience working with contractors and subcontractors on active construction sites.
• Ability to conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Strong reporting and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, project HSE requirements, and site procedures.
• Participate in risk assessments alongside contractors and site personnel.
• Conduct routine HSE inspections, audits, and safety observations.
• Verify contractors and subcontractors are working in accordance with approved HSE standards.
• Promote a proactive safety culture across all project activities.
• Attend coordination meetings with contractors and project stakeholders.
• Support incident reporting, investigations, corrective actions, and lessons learned.
• Improve working conditions and identify opportunities for continuous HSE improvement.
• Maintain accurate HSE reports, documentation, and safety tracking records.
• Ensure personnel understand and comply with site safety and prevention rules.

Our client is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to support a major energy infrastructure project based in Manosque, France. This is a site-based role offering an immediate start and a contract running through to December 2026.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety and environmental performance across construction activities, contractor operations, and project interfaces.
