Job summary

ProjecTTech in France is seeking a Building & Structured Engineering Lead to drive design studies for building, civil engineering and structures within pharmaceutical projects.

You will lead FEED and Detailed Design phases, coordinate engineers and design offices, and ensure compliance with industrial constraints and pharma-specific requirements.

The role demands 2–3 pharma project experiences, strong leadership, and willingness to travel across France. This is an immediate start opportunity.

Qualifications

• Higher education in civil or structural engineering or equivalent.
• Significant experience in industrial buildings design and structural works.
• Experience as technical manager or lead engineer on complex projects.
• At least 2–3 significant pharma industry experiences with regulatory awareness.
• Willingness to travel across France.

Responsibilities

• Lead building, civil engineering and structural design studies during FEED and Detailed Design.
• Define and challenge technical choices and construction principles.
• Coordinate engineers, design offices and stakeholders.
• Ensure quality, consistency and deadlines of engineering deliverables.
• Manage interfaces with processes, utilities, equipment, architecture, electrical and installations.
• Prepare and consolidate cost estimates for building and structures.
• Contribute to techno-economic decisions and propose optimizations.
• Ensure pharma industry constraints are considered in design.
• Participate in design reviews and track technical actions.
• Support project teams during design validation stages.
