Job summary

ProjecTTech in France seeks a Civil Engineering / CSA Construction Lead to manage Civil Engineering, Structure and Architecture packages from design to delivery. You will coordinate stakeholders to guarantee safety, quality, and on-time performance in data center or technical construction settings.

The role requires strong leadership, multi-disciplinary coordination, and expertise in BIM and planning tools, with fluent English.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s +5 level degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years of experience delivering construction projects.
At least 3 years as a package manager or discipline manager.
Significant experience in industrial environments, data centers or highly technical construction projects.
Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate numerous stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage the entire life cycle of the Civil Engineering, Structure and Architecture packages, from design to delivery.
Develop, monitor and adjust short- and medium-term schedules according to work progress.
Ensure compliance with contractual milestones and commissioning deadlines.
Coordinate subcontracting companies and internal teams to ensure safety, quality and efficiency of the works.
Supervise the management of resources, deliveries, logistics and the sequencing of activities on site.
Ensure continuous coordination with HVAC, Electrical, Commissioning and Quality teams.
Manage inspections, the lifting of reservations and acceptance operations for the works.
Participate in constructability studies, design developments and technical impact analyses.
Identify risks, anticipate difficulties and implement corrective actions.
