ProjecTTech, a specialist in engineering and project management for the pharmaceutical sector, seeks two Senior Design Managers—one in Paris/Lyon and one in Brussels. You will lead TCE design teams, ensure regulatory compliance and manage cross-discipline interfaces across complex projects.

Typical travel within France, Belgium, and sites as required. Requires 10+ years in pharma project management and strong English proficiency for international collaboration.

Qualificações

• Higher education in engineering or equivalent technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, including pharma projects.
• Proven experience as design manager or engineering manager.
• Professional English mandatory, both spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the engineering teams in charge of TCE design.
• Organize the studies and ensure progress with quality, cost and schedule objectives.
• Supervise disciplines: building, structure, processes, utilities, electrical and cleanrooms.
• Guarantee overall design consistency and manage interfaces between disciplines.
• Lead design reviews and resolve technical issues.
• Challenge design choices and support techno-economic decisions.
• Ensure regulatory requirements and standards are integrated into the design.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify design risks and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor deliverables, decisions and technical interfaces.
