Schneider Electric is seeking an engineering intern to join the Industrial Automation Specification Team in Grenoble. The role focuses on industrial automation, digital modeling, and data engineering, contributing to consistent technical information across platforms and customers.

You will work on specifications, data preparation for design tools, BIM object creation, and data integration with ETAP and related software.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a technical degree in engineering, computer science, automation or related field.
• Strong Python proficiency.
• Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) platforms.
• Experience with data processing and analysis tools.
• English proficiency is essential for daily collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to specifications for industrial automation products, solutions and software; adapt them to internal and external platforms and local contexts.
• Compile available resources (specifications, diagrams, architectures, digital objects) for export to design platforms and data management tools.
• Create objects for building information modeling and develop advanced data in eClass format for integration into ETAP and other design software.
• Extract, clean and associate data with Schneider Electric’s customer segments; create visualizations for internal and external communication.
