Job summary

Schneider Electric in Grenoble seeks an intern to contribute to industrial automation specifications and data engineering projects. You will work on BIM objects and data formats, helping to integrate information into design platforms and ETAP, while gaining hands-on experience in a global tech environment.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a technical degree, with Python and BIM proficiency, and a strong interest in automation, data engineering, and APIs related to AI.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a technical degree in engineering, computer science, automation, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python and data processing/analysis tools.
• Familiarity with BIM platforms and related workflows.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to specifications for industrial automation products, solutions and software and adapt them to internal/external platforms.
• Compile resources and prepare them for export to design platforms and data management tools.
• Create objects for BIM and develop data for integration into design software.
• Extract, clean and associate data with customer segments and create visualizations for internal/external use.
