Limagrain is seeking an AI Transformation Lead for Field Seeds (LFS) to drive the AI transformation program across the business line. You will turn AI ambitions into prioritized initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery, adoption and measurable value aligned with genetic progress and business performance.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to navigate science, business and technology, and comfort operating in ambiguity within an international environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex transformation programs with tangible business or R&D impact.
• Ability to operate at the intersection of science, business and technology.
• Curiosity towards Life sciences or agronomy -- strong knowledge in science is not mandatory.
• High level of autonomy, structured thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and building clarity through action.
• Innovation mindset and ability to push transformation leveraging AI and technology.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end value realization of AI initiatives, from problem framing to operational impact and measurable outcomes.
• Translate Group-level AI transformation ambition into concrete, prioritized initiatives for the business line.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives (genetic gain, productivity, cost efficiency, …).
• Drive priority use cases for the business line and transition pilots to industrialized solutions.
• Define and maintain a structured transformation roadmap with milestones, sequencing and dependencies.
• Ensure clear ownership, timelines and deliverables across initiatives and coordinate cross-functional execution.
• Identify and actively manage interdependencies with other transformation programs and manage risks.
• Report progress to stakeholders including the CEO LFS and LFS Executive Committee.
• Embed change in ways of working, governance, decision processes and upskilling initiatives.
• Define and track transformation KPIs and produce regular transformation reporting for leadership.
