Job summary

Infinite Orbits, based in Toulouse, seeks a Procurement Officer for Indirect Purchasing to support the Supply Chain team. You will ensure availability of goods and services, manage orders in Odoo, and liaise with suppliers to meet delivery timelines and budget targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Purchasing/SC/Business Management, experience in indirect purchasing, and strong English communication with stakeholders. A dynamic environment and leadership are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Business Management.
• First successful experience in indirect purchasing or general expenses management.
• Proficient with standard IT tools and ERP; Odoo experience is a plus.
• Fluent English communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Enter and transmit indirect purchase orders in Odoo per negotiated conditions.
• Monitor delivery times, anticipate shortages, and follow up with suppliers for delays.
• Review, verify, and approve supplier invoices against POs and receipts.
• Handle delivery non-conformities and resolve billing disputes with Accounts Payable.
• Maintain supplier panel communications and evaluate supplier performance.
• Assist internal clients in expressing needs and update them on order status.
• Update item/supplier databases and suggest actions to optimize procurement processes.
