SumUp in Paris is hiring an Inbound Sales Representative to nurture warm leads from marketing, qualify them, and convert to customers for small businesses across France. You’ll deliver product demos, understand merchant needs, and manage the Salesforce pipeline with timely follow-ups.

Fluent in French and English, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, learning quickly within a global fintech team at an office-first Paris location.

• Experience in a phone-based or customer-facing role (sales, support, or retail).
• Fluency in French and English, with a proactive, team-first attitude.
• Curiosity about fintech, small business, and how things work behind the scenes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where learning and adapting are part of the job.

Responsabilités

• Engage with inbound leads generated by marketing, qualifying, consulting and converting them into customers.
• Connect with small and medium-sized businesses by phone and email, building trust and understanding their needs.
• Deliver product demos and explain how SumUp solves real business challenges.
• Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce, keeping follow-ups timely and lead conversion smooth.
• Report regularly on sales performance and stay aligned with team goals and growth targets.
