Golden Goose Group is seeking a passionate talent to build our customer experience in-store in Paris. The Sneaker Maker role focuses on co-creation services transforming GG items into distinctive pieces that resonate with client needs and identity.

You will guide clients through a personalized co-creation journey, support sales through cross-selling and up-selling, and ensure proper registration on the Golden App for customer profiling.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Sales experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Strong problem solving and time management skills.
• Artistic drawing abilities and basic sewing skills.
• Empathy, communication and teamwork in a dynamic store environment.

Responsabilités

• Co-create personalized GG products with clients using drawing and illustration techniques.
• Guide clients through a co-creation experience while upholding brand storytelling.
• Support sales through cross-selling and up-selling; assist pre- and post-sale activities.
• Register customers on the Golden App for effective segmentation and profiling.
• Maintain the co-creation area to visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with store operations, inventory, openings/closings, and GDPR/health & safety compliance.
• Utilize IT tools to enhance engagement (Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, Stealth).
