Job summary

Church’s in Paris is seeking an In-Store Artisan to deliver an exceptional customer experience, guiding clients through Church’s world and heritage. You will embody the brand and its values in every interaction, helping clients select, repair, and personalise products with meticulous attention to detail.

You will manage Made to Order and Made to Measure journeys, oversee repairs and polishing, and coordinate with the boutique team to ensure timely delivery and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in footwear repair, care, restoration, and/or customisation.
• Strong knowledge of traditional shoemaking techniques and finishing.
• Ability to provide personalisation and bespoke services in-store.
• Knowledge of leather types, care products, and maintenance treatments.
• Experience with repair tools and equipment.
• Demonstrated luxury retail customer service and brand ambassadorship.
• Willingness to travel between stores as needed.
• Ability to explain Made-to-Order options to customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with repair processes and documentation.
• Oversee Made to Order and Made to Measure journeys from consultation to after-sales support.
• Deliver Finger Polishing service per requests with boutique team support.
• Achieve repair conversion targets and monitor performance.
• Provide warranty-related solutions and post-warranty recommendations.
• Support CRM and customer engagement activities; drive sales opportunities.
• Assist in private appointments and events as required.
