Mercor is seeking an in-house corporate development professional to own end-to-end M&A transactions and build sophisticated financial models, term sheets, and board-ready materials. You will produce and synthesize diligence findings, screen opportunities, and contribute to integration planning from deal screening to closing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in an in-house corporate development or M&A role at an operating company.
• Hands-on ownership of live transactions end to end, not support work.

Responsabilités

• Build valuation and merger models: three-statement, DCF, trading and transaction comps, accretion-dilution, cap table and equity waterfall.
• Draft and compare transaction terms: IOIs, LOIs, term sheets, bid comparisons, deal structure and consideration economics.
• Produce process and board materials: management presentations, data packs, buyer universes, board and committee decks, closing mechanics and funds flow.
• Run screening, diligence and integration work: inbound deal screens, diligence request lists, findings synthesis, synergy models, carve-out analysis, 100-day plans.
