Mercor is seeking experienced private equity associates to build a financial model from a synthetic deal document pack for a consumer/leisure transaction.

You will deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas and sources, and you will peer-review two anonymized models from other contractors against a fixed set of criteria, providing a brief rationale for each and a completed review scorecard.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years total experience in IB/PE
• Associate at a mid-market or large-cap PE fund with consumer/leisure focus
• Paris office or French deal experience preferred
• English-speaking required

Responsabilités

• Build a working financial model from source documents for a consumer/leisure transaction
• Deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, sources and stated assumptions
• Peer-review two anonymized models against fixed criteria with a short written rationale and a completed scorecard
