Crane Venture Partners is seeking an Implementation Manager who will own the implementation of Gigs' platform, ensuring successful go-lives and customer satisfaction. This role requires leadership in complex API integrations, project management skills, and a deep understanding of both technical and commercial outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in B2B or SaaS environments, keen communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Fluency in French or Spanish is a plus. Salary ranges between €120,000 and €155,000.

• 5+ years of experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Product Management.
• Strong technical background with API and webhooks.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
