Mercateam is a platform for industrial know-how, enabling deployment of skills, certifications, training, and workforce planning. As a Senior Implementation Consultant / Project Manager, you will lead our most complex, multi-site deployments end to end and grow into a Forward Deployed Engineer profile.

You will run on-site workshops, configure the platform, integrate data, and apply industrial expertise across plants in France and abroad, visiting 2–3 times a month for 2–3 days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS deployment, implementation, or tech consulting in industrial contexts.
• Strong client management, structured and autonomous work with ownership.
• Engineering degree or technical background required.
• Comfort with data, automation, and AI initiatives.
• Good knowledge of the manufacturing sector; multilingual is a plus.

Responsabilités

Mercateam is the platform manufacturers use to digitalize their industrial know-how - skills, certifications, training, workforce planning - and turn it into measurable operational performance on the shop floor. Every month, dozens of top industrial sites go live with us. We’re scaling fast and moving to an AI-native platform, where deployment plays a central role: we build and prove the value our clients get.

The role: Senior Implementation Consultant / Project Manager

You’ll lead our most complex, multi-site deployments end to end, and grow into a Forward Deployed Engineer profile, contributing your expertise to build the technical and AI muscle that makes deployments faster and more scalable.

What you’ll do

1. Consulting & delivery

• Lead complex, multi-site deployments end to end: analyse client processes, train users on Mercateam, secure go‑live, then hand over to Customer Success.
• Run on‑site workshops in plants to frame high‑value use cases and set KPI baseline and target outcomes.
• Support clients as they restructure and evolve their know‑how management processes (change management).
• Turn field learnings into reusable playbooks.

2. Technical configuration

• Configure the platform and integrate client data to fit each context.
• Help build the “last mile” that makes deployments scale: automations, API‑based integrations, lightweight prototypes, and AI where it adds real value.
• Ensure clean, reliable data as the foundation for measurable outcomes.

3. Industrial expertise

• Apply extensive industrial knowledge to tailor deployments to each manufacturing setting.
• Promote industry best practices and standards to enhance efficiency and adoption.
• Visit client sites in France and abroad (2‑3 times a month, for 2–3 days each) for on‑site support and insight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS deployment, implementation, or technical consulting – industrial context preferred.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management; structured, autonomous, strong ownership.
• Engineering degree or technical background.
• Comfort with data and genuine appetite for automation and AI.
• Good knowledge of the industrial / manufacturing sector.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Spanish language proficiency is a strong plus.
• Experience with no‑code tools (Make, n8n, Lovable, etc.) and SQL.
