Christian Dior Couture in Paris is seeking an Assistant Business Analyst for the Client Services Performance Team on an internship. You will analyze client service performance data, identify trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements that boost client satisfaction and business results.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus).
• Experience as a Business Analyst in client service or retail preferred.
• Experience in luxury goods is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering analysis projects improving client service performance.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Monitor KPIs for client service operations across Europe and the Middle East, including contact center metrics and client satisfaction.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and root causes.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports.
• Independently identify data sources and methodologies to address complex questions.
• Communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across departments.
