Dior Europe and Middle East is seeking an ambitious Assistant Business Analyst for a 6-month internship based in Paris. You will analyze client service performance data, identify trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements that enhance client satisfaction and business results.

The role requires strong analytical skills, familiarity with Excel/SQL/Tableau, and an eagerness to work independently in a luxury retail environment. January 2027 start.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus).
• Experience as a Business Analyst in client service or retail environment.
• Luxury goods industry experience preferred.
• Proven track record delivering business analysis projects that improved client service performance.

Responsabilités

• Monitor KPIs for client service operations across Europe and the Middle East.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and root causes of issues.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports for the organization.
• Identify data sources and methodologies to address complex performance questions.
