VALD is seeking a Client Success Manager in France to help healthcare and performance professionals implement VALD technology. You will onboard clients, become the subject-matter expert, and drive satisfaction across the client journey.

Ideal candidates have clinical or high-performance experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel for work. You will support onboarding, build relationships, and identify opportunities for growth within your portfolio.

Qualifications

• Must have used VALD Technology extensively in your current or previous role.
• Excellent communication, grammar, and proofreading skills.
• Strong relationship-building and client-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Manage client onboarding and ensure successful implementation of VALD systems.
• Build relationships with clients through online and occasional in-person interactions.
• Identify client needs and growth opportunities to drive adoption and value.
• Deliver online client presentations using Microsoft Teams.
• Track activity and reporting using SaaS tools (HubSpot, Microsoft Suite, Email).
• Handle multiple assignments and support requests independently or with the team.
