SUMMIT Entertainment Venture is launching an innovative Paris venue where art, architecture, technology, hospitality, and entertainment blend. We seek an AV and Media Engineer to operate, maintain, and support immersive audiovisual and media systems across exhibits and events.

The role involves leading a small tech team, coordinating with marketing and sales, and ensuring uptime and high‑quality experiences for visitors and clients in a dynamic retail/hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a best-in-class retail/hospitality environment with AV/media tech.
• Experience leading service‑oriented teams.
• Experience with real-time generative media systems and show-controlled exhibits.

Responsabilités

• Oversee an array of audiovisual systems, including immersive theater and media walls.
• Maintain and monitor systems with a proactive maintenance plan.
• Troubleshoot incidents and coordinate with external AV integrators and vendors.
• Support critical site systems (ticketing, admissions, visitor management, POS) in collaboration with Business Applications and vendors.
• Track incidents to resolution and drive preventive actions for reliability.
• Assist Marketing and Sales in planning and executing events and programs.
