Mistral AI is seeking a Consolidation Manager within the Finance team to design and run the group’s IFRS consolidation from the ground up. You will coordinate ~30 entities across ~15 countries, manage multi-currency issues, and drive the selection and rollout of consolidation tooling for scalable reporting.

Reporting to the Group Accounting Director, you will implement rules, ensure accuracy, and maintain auditable processes while collaborating with the IFRS team to deliver reliable figures

Qualifications

• IFRS consolidation experience including business combinations, goodwill and intercompany eliminations.
• Background combining an audit firm and in-house consolidation, with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience building a consolidation function from scratch, setting rules and tooling choices.

Responsabilités

• Build and run a recurring monthly IFRS consolidation across ~30 entities in ~15 countries.
• Lead the selection, configuration, and rollout of the group's consolidation tool.
• Implement and maintain consolidation rules.
• Handle multi-currency consolidation and FX differences.
• Evolve consolidation rules as scope changes to include new entities, revenue streams and IFRS standards.
• Navigate complex group structures across multiple countries and entities.
• Partner with the IFRS team to deliver reliable consolidated figures each quarter.
• Document methods and choices to keep the framework auditable and transferable.
