Allianz Consulting in Paris seeks a Senior Consultant to lead IAM workstreams across business units and geographies. You will guide transformations, ensure compliant processes, and collaborate with security, architecture and client teams to deliver high-impact IAM solutions.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, mentoring, and contributing to Allianz global IAM initiatives. A strong consulting mindset and regulatory awareness are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IAM, information security or risk advisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of IAM tools (SailPoint, Azure AD, Okta, CyberArk).
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects/workstreams.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Certifications (CISSP, CISM) are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead IAM assessments, maturity evaluations and target operating model deployment.
• Design scalable, compliant IAM processes with architects and security teams.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, change mgmt and communications.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge development.
• Support Allianz global IAM initiatives aligned with regulatory objectives.
• Shape AZC/AZS IAM service offerings with clear scope and value.
• Develop reusable tools, templates and onboarding materials.
• Engage with clients to promote IAM services and collect feedback.
