Dormont Manufacturing Co. seeks a Resource Registered Nurse to join Wake’s Resource Team, floating to Zones 9 and 10 as needed. The role offers a 36-hour work week with a pay range of $38.20 to $57.30 per hour, reflecting experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in designated states.
• 1 year clinical nursing experience; 2 years in a related RN role preferred.

Responsabilités

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care with patients and families.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.
