Job summary

Jobgether SRL is partnering to fill a senior Data Center Operations Director role in France. You will lead large-scale hyperscale infrastructure programs, coordinating engineering, project management, field services, supply chain and operations to meet ambitious timelines and budgets.

You will own P&L, forecast revenue, manage costs and drive client relationships with a focus on delivering scalable, high-quality data center solutions across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, PM or related field.
• PMP certification is required; PgMP is preferred.
• Approximately 10–12 years total experience; 8–10 years in PM and 4–5 years in program mgmt.
• Led at least three programs each valued at $100M+.
• Extensive data center operations and hyperscale infrastructure experience.
• Experience leading matrixed teams across geographies and multiple workstreams.
• Strong governance, project controls, resource planning, risk management and delivery methodologies.
• Strong financial and commercial management including P&L ownership and revenue forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution and operational management of large-scale data center programs.
• Oversee multi-site deployments including cabling, network, power, space planning, installation, and Day 2 operations.
• Develop and maintain multi-year program roadmaps aligned with client needs.
• Provide leadership to project managers, coordinators, field supervisors and ops staff across concurrent programs.
• Establish program governance, RACI, communications, escalation and stakeholder management.
• Serve as executive point of contact for clients, aligning scope, timelines and outcomes.
• Drive pre-sales support, proposals, SOWs, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Mentor and develop PMO teams, promoting accountability and high standards of delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery methodologies and resource management.
• Own P&L, revenue forecasting, budgets, cost tracking and margin performance.
• Enforce project controls: scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk and changes.
• Foster client relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
