Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all data center operations in France across multiple sites.
• Develop and execute country-level operational plans, including cost optimization and compliance.
• Build and lead high-performing teams across operations, properties, and security.
• Coach and develop managers, fostering leadership and succession planning.
• Promote safety, compliance, and operational excellence; represent the company in industry forums.
