Job summary

Decathlon Digital FR is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Membership & MyAccount (f/m/d) to own the product across Web, iOS, and Android. You will lead a cross-functional squad including engineers, designers, data analysts, and PMMs within the Omnicommerce domain.

You will drive the roadmap, transform processes to accelerate value delivery, and align global objectives with local market nuances. A strong emphasis on user discovery, experimentation, and performance metrics is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience leading consumer-facing digital products.
• Experience orchestrating feature delivery across Web and Native Mobile Apps (iOS & Android).
• Strong understanding of omnichannel e-commerce dynamics and loyalty economics.

Responsibilities

• Define Vision & Roadmap for Membership and MyAccount across Web, iOS, and Android.
• Drive transformation from maintenance to high-velocity feature delivery.
• Collaborate with central teams and local country leaders to align global and local needs.
• Own KPIs and data-driven prioritization to improve member engagement and rewards.
