Decathlon Digital is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Membership & MyAccount. You will own the end-to-end product across Web, iOS, and Android, partnering with engineering, design and PMM to transition the membership space into a high-velocity value delivery engine.

You will shape the strategy, align with central and local teams, and measure impact on member engagement and loyalty. Based in Lille or Paris, France, with a flexible hybrid model allowing remote work two days per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience leading consumer-facing digital products.

Responsabilités

• Define Vision & Roadmap: Own end-to-end vision and roadmap for Membership and MyAccount across Web, iOS, Android.
• Accelerate transformation from run-mode maintenance to high-velocity feature delivery.
• Bridge global objectives with local country requirements for a unified membership experience.
• Establish continuous discovery with analytics, user interviews, usability testing and benchmarks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, PMM, and local country Loyalty teams on go-to-market and releases.
• Define KPIs for adoption, profile enrichment, and loyalty metrics.
