A crypto wallet security provider is seeking a Commercial Counsel to own contract-related legal matters. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts while working closely with sales and product teams to support international growth. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in commercial law, is fluent in English, and has knowledge of fintech and blockchain. The position offers a hybrid work model with flexibility across the EU and benefits including stock options and essential work equipment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial or contracts law, preferably in-house.
• Strong track record drafting and negotiating complex B2B commercial agreements.
• Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy requirements is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including SaaS agreements.
• Support deal flow and business growth with sales and product teams.
• Advise internal stakeholders on contract risks and compliance.
