Sompo is seeking an Underwriting Assistant in Paris to support Financial Lines and/or Marine Business within our Underwriting Operations Team. You will assist underwriters, handle policy documents, and coordinate with brokers and offshore teams in a multinational environment.

Fluency in French and English is required; Spanish and/or Italian are a plus. The role demands strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Fluency in French and English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational ability.
• Experience in insurance or reinsurance is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support underwriters with operations, procedures, and policy documents.
• Maintain data entry in Guidewire and eDocument platforms.
• Coordinate with brokers and internal teams to issue policies.
• Monitor workload and prioritize to meet turnaround times.
