The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) is offering a six-month, full-time internship at its Paris headquarters. You will assist the Digital Factory team in managing digital platforms, gathering user requirements, testing features and producing project documentation in a dynamic international setting.

Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates in CS or related fields, with strong organizational skills, command of English, and familiarity with Microsoft 365, HTML/CSS, and basic

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Interest in digital platforms, project management and technology.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• English proficiency; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist in day-to-day management and monitoring of digital platforms (intranet, tools, portals).
• Support gathering and documenting user requirements and feedback.
• Participate in testing and validation of new features or updates.
• Prepare reports, presentations and project documentation.
• Stay updated on digital trends and suggest UX improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and data privacy guidelines.
