AXA Group Headquarters is seeking an HR Data Engineer to join Group HR Operations. You will work with HR stakeholders across the Group to manage data pipelines in Databricks on Azure, build Power BI dashboards, and support data governance and quality initiatives.

The role requires a master’s degree in a related field, strong SQL and Power BI skills, and familiarity with Python and ETL processes. Hybrid work arrangements are offered within France.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a master’s degree in a data-related field.
• Strong interest in data quality, governance, and HRIS.
• Knowledge of Power BI and SQL; Python and ETL knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (Databricks, Azure) is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support Data Engineering pipelines in Databricks on Azure, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Contribute to data-driven insights and HR reporting for Group HR and other departments.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and automate reporting using SQL and Python for ad hoc needs.
• Support data quality campaigns, data checks, issue follow-up and remediation tracking.
• Monitor data quality dashboards and investigate anomalies; escalate recurring issues.
• Document data sources, definitions, ownership, and collection processes for governance.
