Job summary

AXA Group Headquarters (GIE AXA) invites applications for a data-driven HR Data Engineer based in Paris. You will collaborate with HR stakeholders across the Group to build and maintain data pipelines, dashboards and reports that inform strategic people decisions.

You'll work with Databricks on Microsoft Azure, leverage Power BI and Python, and contribute to data governance by documenting sources and ownership. Hybrid work arrangements are available and AXA supports your growth and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a data field.
• Strong interest in data quality and governance.
• Excellent knowledge of Power BI and SQL; knowledge of Python and ETL is a plus.
• Experience with cloud data platforms like Databricks and Azure.
• Ability to communicate data topics clearly in English.
• Willing to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support supervision and maintenance of HR data pipelines in Databricks on Azure.
• Produce data-driven insights and reports for Group HR and other departments.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and automate reporting using SQL, Python.
• Support data quality campaigns and remediation tracking.
• Monitor data quality dashboards and investigate anomalies.
• Document data sources, definitions, ownership and collection processes.
