Job summary

Scaleway is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Qarnot HPC/CAE solution, bridging customer needs with technical delivery. You will define the strategy, drive the roadmap, and collaborate with 12 engineers to deliver scalable cloud-based simulations.

You will work in a hybrid setting in Paris, liaising with engineering teams and customers to ensure feature-rich, accessible HPC capabilities for industrial users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a technical environment (HPC/CAE).
• Strong understanding of numerical simulation workflows and CAE tools.
• Proven roadmap, discovery and requirements gathering skills.
• Engineering background with ability to collaborate with engineers.
• Experience with cloud HPC environments and SDKs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the roadmap for the Qarnot HPC/CAE solution.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from industrial customers (aerospace, automotive, energy).
• Write internal and external documentation to enhance product usage.
• Translate customer needs into clear product specs for engineering teams.
• Coordinate with Engineering Managers and developers to deliver features.
• Run pre-deployment tests to ensure requirements are met.
• Develop deep understanding of numerical workflows and CAE software.
• Improve the user experience of the HPC platform and its interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for technical feasibility.
